Brushing your teeth twice daily for two minutes is mandatory for healthy teeth. Brushing for two minutes helps prevent oral diseases and minimise visits to the dentist. Proper oral hygiene also helps to prevent oral cancer, stroke and heart disease.
– Proper brushing routines will prevent plaque build-up, thus keeping off gum disease, cavities and tooth loss.
– You are also required to brush the tongue, lips and cheek linings.
– Rinse with antibacterial mouthwash after snacks and floss at least once a day.
