About the role

You are flexible, dedicated,  highly  motivated and  enthusiastic.

You have excellent interpersonal, and computer skills.

Numerical skills and a knowledge of Excel are essential. 

A background in the financial services sector or previous management experience would be an advantage however  previous experience of dentistry is not required. 

Our new Business Manager will ensure that all non-clinical aspects of the practice i.e. the business of dentistry, are managed so that the practice owners are free to concentrate on clinical issues and overall strategy.

• General Management
• Compliance with Health and Safety legislation
• IT & Technology Management
• Human Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Facilities  Management
• Marketing Services & Sales   Management
• Strategic Planning

Remuneration

Attractive remuneration is available and  will comprise a good basic salary and profit share.

This will initially be a part time position of up to 3 days per week.

On Target Earnings £45 - 50K pro rata.

About the role

We believe in team work in all areas of the practice and aim to utilise the talents of each of our team members as fully as possible while retaining the flexibility needed to help each other out to enhance the overall patient experience.

 Hygienist applicants should  be comfortable,

• providing local anaesthetic infiltrations and inferior dental blocks  

• taking all types of intra oral radiographs

• taking alginate  impressions.

As a Therapist Applicant you would initially be utilising your hygieine based skills. We are however keen to develop the therapists role within the practice such that  you can rapidly progress on to   exercising  your  complete  range of clinical skills 

About You

You are familiar with current developments in dentistry and up to date with CPD

You have excellent interpersonal skills and preferably are familiar with computerised record keeping.
